Toenail Cutting

The regular trimming and shaping of fingernails or toenails using clippers or scissors to maintain hygiene, prevent snagging, and keep nails at a manageable length.

Verrucaes

Warts that develop on the soles of the feet or around the toes, caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). They are often painful when walking due to pressure and typically feature a rough surface with tiny black dots in the center.

Ingrown Toenails

A painful condition where the edge or corner of a toenail grows into the surrounding skin, causing redness, swelling, and potential infection. It most commonly affects the big toe and is often caused by tight shoes or trimming nails too short.

Fungal Nail Infections

A common skin or nail condition—such as Athlete’s Foot or fungal nail disease—caused by microscopic fungi thriving in warm, damp environments. It leads to itching, peeling skin, or thickened, discolored nails.

Corn & Calluses

The removal or softening of thick, hardened patches of skin caused by repeated friction or pressure. Treatment typically involves using salicylic acid plasters, careful filing, or professional paring by a podiatrist to relieve discomfort

Bunions & Hammer Toes

A bony bump that forms on the joint at the base of the big toe, developing when some of the bones in the front part of the foot move out of place. This causes the tip of the big toe to pull toward the smaller toes, leading to pain, swelling, and crowding.
